Answer: Just get a app that documents your run or walking on your phone, Do your walk or run and screen shot your results. Take pictures/selfies during the walk and post them in the comments section below. You will be featured on our facebook page, twitter, IG, and Main page!

Answer: No. The Run/walk is free but if you would like to donate there is a button at the top right of your screen that says "Donate" =)
