When you are first diagnosed it can be so confusing. Some doctors will take the time and go over it in detail and some doctors will hand everything over to their nurse and in turn hand you a bunch of paperwork that just confuses you even more! So what do you do? Where do you start? First let's calm down and figure out some things!

Did you ask questions?

Did your doctor answer all your questions?

Are you comfortable with your doctor?

If you answered to no to most of this then it is best you call your doctor and get your answer or get a 2nd opinion.

PREGNANCY
The most common question with PCOS is "Can I still have children with PCOS?  A lot of Doctors will give you the "There is a slim chance of children" but don't always believe that because we have seen miracles happen everyday. With the right doctors, diet, and supplements you can get your body right. Unless there is something completely wrong with your reproductive system and they diagnose you with a medical reason for not having children do not give up.
